SpringFest is an annual spring event held typically in September. The festival is a youth-focused celebration featuring a wide range of youth-led activities and youth performers.

The aim is to showcase our young local talent, utilise their entrepreneurial skills, socialise with one another and share their spirit with the community, before the exam period. Springfest coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week held every September.

Highlights of SpringFest include:

• Live music and entertainment: Local youth bands and performers entertain festival-goers, showcasing the region’s artistic talent.
• Food stalls and markets: A variety of food vendors offering local cuisine, craft products, and beverages, creating a lively and flavorful atmosphere.
• Youth-friendly activities: The event often features games, and activities for youth aged 12 - 24 years.
• Community engagement: Local groups, businesses, and organizations often have booths or activities, fostering a sense of community spirit and connection.
• Outdoor celebrations: The event typically held at A&P Showgrounds, taking advantage of the spring weather and showcasing the beauty of Marlborough.
